There are consultants who Join Scentsy for a personal discount, some join to earn a little extra-cash each month {fun money} and then there are some {as myself} who would like to or have replaced their current income. Everyone joins or works their business for different reasons. It is important to interview Scentsy consultants to see if they would be a good sponsor for YOU. Joining Scentsy is a people business, about building relationships. Once you have chosen your sponsor, it is Scentsy’s policy that you cannot change sponsors just because you do not like them or they don’t help you the way you want so this is why it is important to choose a Sponsor {mentor} you would like to Partner up with. {Go in Business together with, so to speak}. A Little Bit about me …
I am a Scentsy SuperStar Consultant. I had never intended to “sell” or make this a Business. Yes, I was one of those that joined for a discount for my own personal use as I Love the product. However things changed for me a year’ish into my journey. Feel Free to read My Scentsy Story. Once I had my light-bulb moment I thought “Ya, know there’s something to this Scentsy thing” – I changed my mindset from Hobby Consultant to Business Owner an I haven’t stopped since!!!
Since joining Scentsy I have received the following awards multiple times:
- Shooting Star Award {for selling $500 in my first 15 days}
- Sentsational Start 2 Award {selling $2500 in my first 70 days}
- Monthly Sales Award {selling $2000 or more in a calendar month} many times
- Shooting Star Trainer Award {for helping my new team members achieve their Shooting Star Award}
- Monthly Mentor Award {Three or more front line become active for the first time in a calendar month}
- Scentsational Trainer Award {personal recruit reaches Level 2 or 3 Scentsational Start}
- Earned the 2014 Incentive Trip to Atlantis, Bahamas

I have also attended all of Our Scentsy Family Reunions {Conventions} in Las Vegas, Indianapolis, St. Louis and now back to Las Vegas and Our Spring Sprints {mini conventions} since I have started.
WHY do I do this? It is important for me meet, learn and connect with other Scentsy Consultants. I make a point to go to ALL the Scentsy events. This way I come back re-charged and I can bring back this information and mentor Our team. It truly makes me a better person and better leader.

I get very excited when a new team member reaches their first goal. I Celebrate with Our team. I Challenge Our Team. I am their biggest cheerleader and their biggest shoulder.

I believe in setting goals, so I ask you to share your goals with me and/or we can work together to set your goals, and then come up with a plan on how “WE” will help you achieve your goals. I can host conference calls as well as one-on-one training. I use Our Group Team Page on Facebook, email, text and phone calls to keep everyone up-to date with Everything Scentsy!!!
I have the belief that from the time you sponsor your first team member you are responsible for helping your new team member grow. One of the keys to your success in this business is taking what others have done before you and duplicating this. {not to say you will not come up with Great ideas that will work for you} Keep it Scentsy Simple. As a member of our team, I work to make sure everyone on the team is plugged in and connected!
I work my Scentsy Business full-time, therefore Our team has 90% of my dedicated time and efforts.
We are all about Scentsy Spirit and helping others and I would love to help you if you are not on Our team, however Our team takes does take priority.
