They set realistic criteria for the qualifications that we have so many consultants that qualified for the trips, even when they have only been with us for less than a year.
Incentives for Newbie Consultants – Incentives for newbies include product credits and having the option to get a heavily discounted kit of Scentsy’s product and business supplies. It’s a great way to jumpstart your career and cultivates your earning potential.
Hostess Rewards – Scentsy takes care of all hostess rewards and shipping costs for party orders, so you don’t have to shell out a single cent, except maybe for refreshments and snacks. It is so easy to get repeat hostesses because there are generous amounts of rewards being given away. You can even be the hostess and the consultant, if you want to get paid commission and receive all the rewards at the same time!
Commissions – You get your commission each time you make a sale, which you get every 10th of the month. Once you sold your first $1000, you become Certified and the minimum amount you can get is 25% commission. Any month that you do over $2000 in sales, you make 30% commission! You also make up to 9% off the sales of your downline, if you choose to build a team. You decide how much you want to earn, and the sky’s the limit! Not to mention, Scentsy adds an extra ½ price item on all parties for you to use at your discretion! You can even keep it for yourself! They also give us FREE shipping on all party orders. (A party order is an order over $200.)
