How Do You Sell Scentsy In Australia?
Scentsy is shared in Australia the same way we share it everywhere! The best part about it is that {you may have noticed I said; “SHARE” this product}, as you really don’t even need to sell. Once you get Scentsy in front of people it basically sells itself. People love fragrances and they LOVE Scentsy Fragrance!
So let’s get back to the “sharing” part – there are many ways to share Scentsy in Australia, if you are part of my team I can help you to create a specific plan to share and market your business. One of the best ways to start is by making a list of 100 people you can think of who might want to buy Scentsy, host a party, or join your team.
Next, you will want to plan your own Scentsy Launch Party and get your business off to a quick start. To be successful with your launch party you’ll want to invite as many people as you can think of – those on your list, your neighbours, friends, relatives, co-workers, etc.
When you join as a Scentsy Consultant in Australia, you will also receive your own personalized website (PWS) from Scentsy where you can put your party online and invite other people who aren’t close by.
You’ll want to build your team through recruiting, sponsoring as many new people as possible. This will help you start off quickly, earn the Shooting Star Award and the Scentsational Start Awards, as well as start to get Scentsy promotions quickly.
Make sure you focus on sharing Scentsy with your guests, however you will also want to book at least 3 parties from your launch party so that your business is off to a growing start!

Will Scentsy provide me with any support or training to be successful?
Yes – more than you can even imagine. Scentsy Independent Consultants are truly mentored. Along with the support that you’ll get from your Sponsor and your upline Director and SuperStar Director, you’ll get all access to web-based training tools and an online forum for connecting with fellow Consultants. You’ll also get a New Consultant Start-Up Guide, promotional products, and marketing tools.
Scentsy also has a fully-staffed Consultant Support Department just for Australia and it is available every weekday from 8:00 to 16:00 (GMT) to answer your questions. Also, each year there will be a “Scentsy Family Reunion” in Australia.
There is a dedicated Consultant Support team for Australia to make sure that Consultant Support Representatives are knowledgeable about the specific needs of the Australia market, and the hours of operation will match normal business hours in Australia.
Also, Scentsy Australia consultants have access to the Scentsy Family Store where they can buy supplies for their business. These include catalogs; order forms; Host Rewards brochures; Buy, Host, and Join brochures, business cards, labels and more.

Can I do my parties my own way? Or do I have to use a script?
Absolutely do it your own way! Scentsy has a lot of great training tools and advice on how to have a successful party, however the way you choose to do your parties — and run your business — is entirely up to you. You can be formal, unstructured, one-on-one, whatever best suits your needs and personality. We want you to relax and just be yourself and let the incredible products sell themselves! Does Scentsy have sales quotas I need to meet?
Consultants are encouraged {but not required} to be engaged and actively participate in their Scentsy Family business. In order to remain an active consultant you only have to generated sales resulting in 150 points or more in PRV (basically $200 in sales) in at least one calendar month in a rolling three-month period. So it really is a lowquota to remain active.

What if I just can’t do it? or What if it doesn’t work out for me?
That’s ok. We realize that not everyone is going to enjoy this business. As a Independent Consultant you are free to leave Scentsy at any time. There is no cancellation penalty.

Where do the product ship from? Are they shipped from overseas?
No, all Scentsy products are shipped to Australian Consultants and customers from within Australia. Scenty’s policy is to ship all orders within 10 business days of the order date.

What about the taxation?
Australia employs a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10 percent to most goods and services. The added tax must be included in the listed price of products. For instance, if a Scentsy Warmer is listed at $43 (AUD), that price includes tax.

How are the commissions calculated in different countries that use different currencies?
Scentsy has a global Compensation Plan designed to support multiple countries. This ensures that all consultants get the same rate of commission independent of where they live.

What much money can I expect to earn?
That is entirely up to you. How hard you are willing to work will determine your income. The sky really is the limit in this business. Here is a breakdown of the commission schedule:
