I joined Scentsy in May of 2012 on a whim. Why did I join? Well I can tell you at the time it was, “WHY NOT?” After all it was a business opportunity for $99. {plus tax & shipping} What did I have to lose? I could receive commission on my purchases and well who doesn’t like Free and half-priced Scentsy.
I really never thought it through; I just ordered the starter kit. To be honest, I didn’t really work my Scentsy Business much in the first year {most my kit was still sitting in the box}. I told myself I was to busy, no one would buy from me, fear of failure and more.
Fast forward to today December 2015 and all I can say is, “Why didn’t I start sooner?”
In the last 2 years I have earned the following all-expense paid trips:
- Atlantis in the Bahamas – June 2014
- 5 days in Cancun – January 2015
- 7 Day Caribbean Cruise in which I took along my 2 daughters – June 2015
- I am heading out on a 5 day Cruise in January 2016 to Cozumel – January 2016
- Disney-World – June 2016
All while making money. I can now travel with my family to places that before would have not been possible all because of Scentsy!! {I can show you how, too}
I consistently earn the Monthly Sales Award, I have earned the Shooting Star Award, Scentsational Start 1 and 2 Award, Shooting Star Trainer Award{s} and more.
I promoted to Scentsy Family Director in November 2015.
I don’t share this with you to brag, I share this with you to let you know I work my Scentsy Business full-time, therefore Our team has 90% of my dedicated time and efforts.
We are all about Scentsy Spirit and helping others and I would love to help you if you even if you are not on Our team, however Our team takes does take priority.

Scentsy runs on a Global Compensation Plan. The Scentsy Compensation Plan offers commissions based on your Personal Retail Volume {PRV} along with leadership bonuses as you build your team.
As a new Scentsy Consultant, you will earn 20 percent commission on your PRV. As soon as you earn a cumulative total of 1,000 points in PRV, you will be promoted to the rank of Certified Consultant and begin earning a 25 percent commission. That’s a 5 percent raise you can earn right away!
In addition to your base commission, there are plenty of opportunities to earn sales and leadership bonuses – we can discuss those during your training!
